| It's official. This xanga is being retired. #1, didn't like the format. I messed up the settings or something and can't figure out how to remove the ads that collapse the entry columns into this weird little thing. #2, wasn't feeling xanga. SOoo.. the show is moving to wordpress. Gonna combine a workout journal and little entires from my DJ events. We'll see how it works out! Haha, good times Xanga, you kept me on track for a long time. Chiro Report (from Monday) 1/29 adjustment lost on May 4th, Monday. Over 3 months despite extreme fatigue, sickness, stress, and horrific sleeping conditions. Excellent. =) Pubic bone was out, but all else fine. Right wrist not indirectly improving from chiro treatment.
BPM 11:30pm - @ lib comp, 80 bpm. barely tired, full, hydrated. rather high.

Wow. Got sunburned I think, not sure yet. Feel hot and feverish and look pink. Maybe I'm feverish and I'm sunburned. Ground strokes.... Eh... ugly. Inconsistent. Weak control. Power... what power? Backhand slice came alive towards the end though, the nice floating slice that buys you that half second extra time to recover into an offensive stance... Serves! High arcing top spin serve is out of practice... flat serve was on the money, how strange! corner shots and down the line. Exciting.
